Now, that's appetizing.<br /><br />I wonder if you are including the new ones that are made from non-hydrogenated, non-trans-fat oils? <br /><br />You can make a great spread by taking a pound of butter and softening it and then beating in as much light or extra virgin olive oil as it will take (with an electric hand mixer.) Store it in the fridge in a tub and you have something with half the cholesteral that tastes pretty good and is spreadable.
