FIFTH ANNIVERSARY

It's hard to believe that this month marks the fifth anniversary of Pure Land Mountain. Seems like only a year and a half ago it all started here...

Congratulations! That is a considerable length of time in the blog world.

Your link doesn't work.

Happy anniversary! I went to a Japanese restaurant in your honour! Well, ok, I went to have a long, long talk with a friend, but hey, I did mention your blog to her... Wish sushi-bites were smaller. Having a small mouth I always end up having to choose between impersonating a frog, chins pouting, while I desperately try to breath and chew at the same time, clasping my lips shut, and try to bite the piece in two, letting the remainer disintegrate with a splash into the soya sauce, scattering droplets all over my t-shirt. Yesterday I tried both, I'm sorry to say. But the food was good!

Hmmm... Lessee... Five years blogging. That must be about 85 in doggie years. A long time to put up with the likes of us, for sure...

Congratulations! Now go for 5 more...

Congratulations and thanks for linking to your first posts which are amazing. I'm going to try to read through some of the early years now. Interesting that the mortal battle with the monkeys was in place even then. Have you learned anything? I wonder if you established a separate feeding area away from your garden with your "tithe" if it would keep them out? I suppose if you were really nasty you could feed them sugary cakes or something they might come to prefer to vegetables, just like the rest of us. ;)Too bad you didn't stock up on Fujiya.

Congratulations. Five years is a most honorable accomplishment in the user generated web space. I am only half the time in this space. It seems like forever on one hand, and like I never started on the other. You are a great inspiration. Thanks!
