One of my favorite Kaya fotos,
taken during a winter morning walk
a few years ago, when she'd just turned three.

SHe is such a HAM! and so pretty. My favorite picture of her is the one you had in your shiga window when she was two, in her ceremonial kimono. SHe was so precious in that picture!

DO the M and M's have a ceremonial kimono also?

Pretty much all female I would say. Those dating years are going to be very interesting...whoops, guess I'm rushing things a little!

What a doll! And the little smirk, the mouth turned up on one side only, has ATTITUDE written all over it...

Mary Lou, one of these days I'll get around to putting up the recent photo of the three of them together in their kimonos.

Tabor, Kaya is rushing just as fast; already she's more than twice the age she is in this foto, a new little lady at each visit, when I have to relearn not to treat her like a three-year-old...

And Winston, attitude is indeed the word; no doubt it goes back generations...
