Thats coincidental. I was in Kyoto last week, when you posted the blog and found a flyer in a tool shop for a carpentry tools museum http://dougukan.jp/
Ive lost the flyer in a pile of Kyoto temple leaflets for the moment, but I am sure this was the one.
